• I am a mechanical engineering student at DTU Ballerup.
• Even outside of my academic and professional work, I am very interested in engineering. I follow many different fields closely, with my favourite areas of engineering being machine design, production processes, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, control systems and project management.
• I graduated from U/Nord HTX Hillerød with an upper secondary education in A-level mathematics and physics in 2021. I took 5 A-levels in total, where the other three were English, Danish and Digital Design. I also took B-level courses in biology and chemistry.
• My father is English and my mother is Danish, hence the "half English, half Danish" on my CV.
• I am bilingual and completely fluent in both languages.
• I am married to my wife, whom I live with in Ballerup. We have been married for more than 2 years.
• I am very fond of nature, having grown up in North Zealand where there are many forests and beaches. I love being outside, although as a full-time student it isn't always easy.
• I play guitar, bass and drums at an intermediate level, having previously produced my own music.
• I am very fond of computers and modern technology, having built several PCs for myself and others. I also enjoy programming as it is a very useful tool.
• I do sim racing in my free time, mostly in rally simulators like EA WRC, but also circuit racing simulators like Assetto Corsa Competizione and rFactor 2.
• I am also a nature photographer. My published pictures can be seen in my photography portfolio.

62999 - Innovation PilotResumé
• Group of 7 people.
• Received a pitch from a selection of companies, where the team then had to choose a pitch to work further with.
• Two product development rounds, first round of 3 weeks as practice, second round lasted the rest of the course.
• Each round ended with the selection of a winner, which was the best group in the company's eyes. Our group won both rounds, as we identified from an early stage what it was that the customers wanted.
• The product development process involved the classic Double Diamond process, among many other methods.
• The deliverables in each round consisted of 20-page design reports and reflection reports.
• I was the only person in my group who received the letter grade A (12).My role
• It was quickly evident that the team lacked a leader who could organize and structure the team's efforts. I stepped up and filled that role through both innovation rounds.
• My most important role was to develop our pitch to the customers and then present it. I was one of the few in the group who voluntarily signed up to present, as I find it easy to present in front of people and am fluent in English.
• I also contributed a lot with planning, document writing, research and idea generation.Credit

Internship at Kirkholm Maskiningeniører A/SSummary
• In my 5th semester I worked as a mechanical engineering intern at Kirkholm Maskiningeniører A/S.
• I worked on a multitude of different projects, but had a couple of ongoing projects that I worked on the entire time I was there.
• I got to speak with customers and suppliers, and also got to present my very own solution to a customer's problem, which another consulting engineering firm had failed with - the customer was very satisfied to say the least.
• I developed my skills within parametric CAD, sheet metal CAD, product development, customer contact and supplier contact.
• My longest project ended with a finished prototype of a packaging machine for one of Kirkholm's customers - the prototype had some clear problems, but was a solid foundation for further work.
• I gained great insight into the daily life at a consulting engineering firm and various production companies.
• Due to confidentiality I cannot show pictures of my work at Kirkholm, but to the right is a picture from Kirkholm's LinkedIn. Here I am shaking hands with my project supervisor at Kirkholm Martin Lindemann.Credit

• Solo project.
• Use SolidWorks to reverse engineer a product to the point of being able to make an assembly drawing of the entire product.
• The product in questions was a RS PRO Pneumatic 5 port Valve Actuator, for which everyone in the course was given their own physical product that could be measured.
• The deliverable was a technical report including realistic renders of the product, an assembly drawing for all the components of the product and a technical drawing for a complex component of the product.
• I received the letter grade B (10).My role
• Using precise measurement methods to determine product dimensions.
• Utilising parametric design in SolidWorks.
• Learning to manage different part configurations.
• Using cosmetic threads.
• Applying correct materials, paint and labels for maximum realism.
• Using gear mates correctly.
• Much, much more.

Design and construction of terrace in North ZealandSummary
• Design of terrace in Solidworks according to customer's wishes, approx. 9 m².
• Purchased materials and built the terrace at the location where the customer had requested it.
• Did everything myself, so it took around 10 full working days.
• The customer was very satisfied with the result, especially since I had explained that it would be quite difficult with the design they had chosen - primarily because of the boards that need to be cut at 45 degrees and align with each other at the ends.
• The result was extremely solid, especially because the customer chose to go with an over-dimensioned design, even though I had given them a more economical option with fewer posts.
